Terms & Conditions

Website terms of use for Spectrum Hub

Effective date: September 3, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites operated by K2T, doing business as Spectrum Hub and Spectrum Hub ABA (“Spectrum Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Spectrum Hub website and its pages, forms, articles, and other online features (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site provides

The Site provides general information about Spectrum Hub, autism-related resources, care coordination, diagnostic and treatment options, therapies, and ways to contact us. Site content is intended for general educational and informational purposes.

Clinical services, evaluations, treatment, payment, insurance, scheduling, consent, records, and other patient matters may be governed by separate forms, notices, consents, policies, and agreements. If a service-specific document conflicts with these Terms on a clinical or patient matter, the service-specific document controls for that matter.

2. Not medical advice; emergencies

Site content is not medical, behavioral, psychological, legal, insurance, or other professional advice. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription, or recommendation for any particular child or person. Autism and related needs vary widely, and information that is helpful for one family may not be appropriate for another.

Do not delay or disregard advice from a qualified healthcare professional because of something on the Site. Always consult an appropriately licensed professional about diagnosis, treatment, medication, therapies, risks, benefits, and individual circumstances.

Emergency notice: The Site and its contact form are not monitored for emergencies. If you believe someone is in immediate danger or is experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911. In the United States, you may also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

3. No patient-provider relationship through the Site

Using the Site, reading content, calling us, or submitting a website form does not by itself create a patient-provider relationship, establish eligibility for services, guarantee an appointment, or require Spectrum Hub or any provider to accept a person as a patient. A patient-provider relationship begins only through the applicable provider's formal intake, consent, and acceptance process.

4. Services, providers, and outcomes

Services and provider availability may change and may depend on age, clinical need, location, licensing, capacity, insurance, payment arrangements, and other factors. References to services, providers, research, medications, traditional or alternative approaches, or third-party resources do not guarantee availability, coverage, suitability, effectiveness, or a particular outcome.

Some professionals or organizations discussed or involved in coordinated care may be independently owned or operated. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Spectrum Hub does not control an independent provider's clinical judgment, services, scheduling, fees, privacy practices, or acts or omissions.

5. Accuracy and changes

We work to keep Site information useful and current, but we do not promise that all content is complete, accurate, error-free, or continuously available. Healthcare information, research, insurance rules, and provider availability can change. We may add, remove, correct, or update Site content at any time without notice.

6. Your use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:

interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability;

attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or networks;

introduce malicious code, scrape the Site in a manner that creates an unreasonable burden, or use automated tools in violation of applicable law;

impersonate another person or provide information you are not authorized to provide;

use Site content to mislead others, violate another person's rights, or engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct; or

copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Site content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

7. Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to provide it. The public contact form is designed for an initial inquiry. Please do not include detailed medical histories, records, photographs, Social Security numbers, payment information, or other highly sensitive information unless Spectrum Hub directs you to an approved secure method.

When you submit a form, you authorize us to use the information to respond to your inquiry, determine an appropriate next step, and contact you using the information you provided. Our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices describe how information is handled.

8. Calls, emails, and texts

If you provide a phone number or email address, you ask Spectrum Hub to contact you about your inquiry. We may respond by phone, voicemail, email, or text when appropriate. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of receiving healthcare services, and any marketing communications will be handled as required by law.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its original text, graphics, photographs, logos, design, arrangement, and other content are owned by Spectrum Hub or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Spectrum Hub names and logos may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written permission.

You may print or share a reasonable excerpt for personal, noncommercial use if you keep attribution intact and do not alter its meaning. No other license is granted.

10. Third-party links and resources

The Site may link to maps, articles, providers, research, social platforms, or other third-party websites. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean Spectrum Hub endorses or controls the third party. Third-party terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services. You use third-party resources at your own discretion.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Spectrum Hub disclaims warranties regarding the Site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components.

This Section concerns the Site and general Site content. It does not replace or alter duties that apply to healthcare services under applicable law or a separate written patient agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spectrum Hub and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or linked third-party resources. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site. Health information that is protected by HIPAA or other health-privacy laws may also be governed by a separate Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable patient documents.

14. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or end access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, Spectrum Hub, or others; to address misuse; or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when the current version became effective. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only the Site or these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Clinical claims and patient matters may be governed by separate law and agreements.

17. General terms

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated into them, are the entire agreement about use of the Site.
