Accessibility Statement
Spectrum Hub's commitment to accessible online information
Effective date: September 3, 2026
Spectrum Hub believes families should be able to access information and connect with support regardless of disability, technology, or how they navigate the web. We are committed to improving the accessibility and usability of our website for people with disabilities.
Our accessibility goal
Spectrum Hub is working toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible for people with visual, hearing, cognitive, motor, speech, and other disabilities, while improving usability for everyone.
This statement describes our goal and ongoing work; it is not a representation that every page or feature has been formally audited or currently conforms to every WCAG success criterion.
Measures we take
As part of our accessibility efforts, we aim to:
use clear page structure, headings, labels, and instructions;
support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
maintain readable text, sufficient color contrast, and layouts that adapt across screen sizes;
caption or otherwise provide alternatives for meaningful audio and video content;
make forms understandable and identify errors in a usable way;
review new content and features for accessibility; and
address reported barriers as part of ongoing website maintenance.
Third-party content
Some links, maps, embedded tools, or content may be provided by third parties that Spectrum Hub does not control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party services, but we welcome reports of barriers and will try to provide the information or service in another reasonable format when possible.
Need help or found a barrier?
If you have difficulty using the Site, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility issue, please contact us. Tell us the page or feature involved, what happened, the format or accommodation you need, and how we may contact you. Please do not include detailed medical information in an ordinary email.
